Test cassettes, service and parts support are handled on request. Availability, price, timing and shipping are confirmed before work starts.

Custom or measured-batch work may depend on tape stock, shell availability, machine condition and measurement time. No order is accepted until the scope is confirmed.

The customer is responsible for accurate machine information and safe shipping. Spin-Tape may reject unsafe, incomplete or unsuitable requests.
