Shipping and request handling

Shipping is agreed per request. The site does not publish fake flat prices because machine size, country, insurance and packing differ.

For test cassettes, shipping depends on destination and batch availability. For machines, packing and insurance are part of the quote.

Small parts and documents can be handled separately when compatibility is confirmed.
